Design & Build: Basement

“We used TEAM Construction Solutions to renovate our basement. Tom and his team helped us design a new floorplan, talked through some ideas of what would work, helped us decide on finishes and overall they did an outstanding job of making sure to get the work done right. I can honestly say that Tom loves his work and takes tremendous pride in what he builds. Whenever a challenge presented itself, as it often does with any construction, Tom took the time to make sure it was resolved properly. We had agreed on a price for the work and barring a couple of extra items we requested, they did the work within budget. We had agreed on a schedule and they made sure to spend some extra time getting the work done on time as agreed. We dreaded having to live in a dirty and dusty “construction site” for the duration of the work, but they cleaned up their work and swept all areas at the end of each day since we needed to use the laundry in the evenings. We’d recommend TEAM in a heartbeat and we would definitely consider hiring them again if we needed work done.”
