Basement & Bathroom Renovations

My wife and I have had the distinct privilege using Tom Marek and TEAM CONSTRUCTION for four projects to date: a recreation room, an emergency roof repair, and two complete bathroom renovations.

The recreation room was from scratch in an empty basement. TEAM did everything: subfloor, floor, drywall and ceiling, insulation, moisture barriers, studding, painting, electrical, lighting and carpeting. It was virtually seamless in appearance to the rest of the home and looked cozy, warm and inviting!

The main bathroom has been our largest project to date and was a virtual tear down to the studs / gut job. We were so confident of its success that we gave keys to Tom Marek and went on vacation. When we returned we were so excited to have a brand new bathroom worthy of any home photoshoot! We had new quartz dual vanity, new brushed nickel faucets, new oval mirrors, a new shower , new bath and tile encasement, new brushed nickel towel fixtures, new ceiling pot lighting with dimmers, as well as other lighting features and a lighted scissor mounted make up / shaving mirror! We were so pleased that three months later we also had the downstairs powder room renovated to much similar acclaim!

For each project, Tom Marek took the time to make copious notes, take pictures and listen to each one of our project aspirations. He reviewed and double checked all our components’ drawings and measurements before purchase to ensure proper installation. He and his team are skilled, reliable, courteous, conscientious and prompt workers who do the job right the first time.

TEAM CONSTRUCTION was on time, on budget and on point.

They even cleaned up after themselves daily!

The workmanship and attention to detail are second to none.
